The SCS Precisioncoat precisely sprays and dispenses a variety of solvent-based, water-based and 100% solids coatings to printed circuit assemblies, devices and components with maximum accuracy and functionality. The systems are uniquely controlled and operated by proprietary SCS software on a Windows® XP operating system with a point-and-click interface.

Features of the SCS Precisioncoat include:

• Spray and dispense heads mount on a robotic gantry
• Applies coatings on a 3 to 5 axis system with an accuracy of 0.001 inches
• Fourth and fifth axes can be added for tilt and rotate functionality
• Internal Ethernet connectivity

• Optional bar code reader
